Jack in the Box is jumping on the Burger Week bandwagon with a pretty sweet deal – their Smashed Jack is going for just $5 whether you order in-store or through their app. The promotion runs daily until September 18th.

Getting your hands on this deal is straightforward: just pull up the offer in their app or ask for it when you’re ordering at the restaurant.

But wait, there’s more. They’re also doing some fun stuff around the cheeseburger holidays this month. On National Double Cheeseburger Day (September 15th), you can snag a buy-one-get-one-free deal on Jr. Cheeseburgers through the app. Then on National Cheeseburger Day (September 18th), you’ll get a free Jr. Cheeseburger when you spend at least a buck on the app.

The Smashed Jack itself is pretty solid – they take a quarter-pound beef patty and smash it down so you get those crispy, caramelized edges while keeping the inside juicy. They pile on American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and their special sauce, all served on a brioche bun.
